Curves and flowing lines, often influenced by plant forms, characterised Art Nouveau, the consuming art form,
which percolated into every aspect of design
at the turn of the century.
This is a little asymetric pendant made from a looped silver frame with freshwater pearls coiled on to it. I have one of these and wear it nearly all the time - mine is made of bronze and gold pearls, this one is pink, grey and cream. Simple and elegant and a fantastic present. This pendant measures just under 1.5 inches and can be supplied on a 16 or 18 inch silver chain - please email me after placing your order to specify the chain length you would prefer.

Collaborative effort with artist Colin Bailey - and he named it! Red agate and orange chalcedony with heavy copper wire. Very very stylish!
The freshwater pearls are cream, bronze and gold, and they are all coiled on to a twisted silver framework, with asymetric looped links as a chain. The matching earrings were made as a commission but a similar version can be reproduced on request. Other colours of pearls are also available and other stones may be used instead of pearls - contact me by email to discuss alternative versions.
