I made this cuff on the first weekend of July 2007 - it did actually take all weekend to do it because the silver wire which creates the structure is quite thick and hard to work with - bending it into scrolls was something of a challenge!

 

I love the cuff - it feels cool and reassuringly heavy but my favourite thing about it is its asymetric design.

This cuff is made of silver, pink mangano, freshwater pearls, rose quartz, sea shells, BIWA stick pearls, Bail beads, crackled quartz, rhodonite,rhodochrosite, Hilltribe beads and garnets.

 

It contains a silver crab and a small silver fish.

 

It will be exhibited at an exhibition at The Bourne, in Hastings at the end of June.
 

This seashore cuff will be exhibited at the Bourne Hall in Hastings in July 2007.
