Payment

When I receive notification of your order through PayPal I will contact you by email to confirm acceptance of the order and that the item is available. If the item is not available I will make you a similar piece for the same price.

I only accept PayPal payments at present. PayPal is free for you to register with and is a safe and secure method of payment. Registering with PayPal means that you can buy from any online shopping site carrying the PayPal logo, and those sites will not hold your credit card or bank account details, PayPal therefore provides a safety net for online shoppers. Despatch

I aim to despatch items to you within 24 hours of receipt of order placed on a working day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be despatched within 24 hours of the next working day by first class mail. If you have not received your goods within seven days from placing your order, please contact me immediately and I will investigate the situation with the postal carrier.

Delivery charge

There is no delivery charge for items sent to UK addresses. For overseas shipment, please contact me for delivery costs.

Refunds

I will of course refund or replace any goods which are found to be damaged on arrival - but please notify me of your intention to return the goods within 48 hours of receipt, stating the reason for the return, ensure that you obtain a Certificate of Posting when returning them to me, and return them within seven days of receipt.
